Refunds and DOA Policy

We are proud to offer an Arrive-Alive Guarantee. We do not accept returns for any of our livestock purchased. If a product arrives dead or damaged, we will offer a refund or store credit (minus shipping costs). To be eligible for a refund, a clear photo of the DOA coral unopened in the bag must be sent to us via email within 2 hours of delivery to onlinesales@tikitangaquatics.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. TikiTang Aquatics, LLC. is not responsible for lost packages, delays (weather/mechanical), mishandling, or damage caused by the carrier.
